Hi, I’m Hannah Richards Ruddock!
ElevatingHer was founded by Hannah Richards-Ruddock, an educator and coach who knows firsthand the power of representation and education. Inspired by her journey as a first-generation college graduate, Hannah built this global empowerment movement on one belief: when women of colour rise, communities thrive. Guided by her vision, TheElevatingHer blends educational expertise with heart-centred coaching to help you break barriers and build resilience. Our mission is to elevate your confidence, voice, and future because your success changes the world.
